It being the season of goodwill, I am taking the liberty of engaging in some promotional activity for my co-editor and walking EU law encyclopaedia, Aidan O’Neill QC. As you may know, the second edition of his EU Law for UK Lawyers has recently been published. I commend it to anyone interested in the relationship between domestic law and the EU.
